Joao Cancelo is a Portuguese professional baller who plays for Manchester City as a defender and he is 27 years old. This evening Joao and his family were subjected to a burglary at their home during which Joao was assaulted. Below is a picture he posted on his instagram story explaining what happened 
Joao and his family are being supported by Manchester City and he is helping the police with enquiries as they investigate this very serious matter.
