Sad news as two individuals on Wednesday got suffocated when a vessel they were traveling on caught fire on the Black Volta.
They were on board with 12 other travelers who were crossing the lake from Bongase to Asuogya within the Banda Area of the Bono Locale.
Agreeing to a police situational report, made accessible to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), the occurrence happened around 4 pm.
The two, a male and a youthful lady, however to be recognized, hopped into the Lake, endeavored to swim, but got suffocated within the handle.
