It can be said that education is the key to success. But where lies lock to which such a key can be used?
Each passing year students graduate from various tertiary institutions such as Universities, Colleges of Education, Colleges of Nursing,Technical Universities just to mention a few. But only few are absorbed readily into the job market. The questions I ask myself then is; what happens to the rest? Who employs them?
Why is the country Ghana still producing brainstorming graduates and yet still continue to live in despair? Why the increase in crime rate? Of what use is the educational system when all it does to breed graduates cannot be readily made use of?
Has the educational system now become unavailable to the meeting demands of society? Whose call is it to change the status-quo? For how long shall we continue in such a dead-end journey with our educational system? How long?
