MANCHESTER UNITED is said to have internal divisions that need to be resolved.
According to rumours, Manchester United's veteran players are dissatisfied with three of the team's younger members. In an interview earlier this week, Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo stressed the importance of having the right mentality. However, it appears that three individuals in particular have come under criticism.
United are now in seventh place in the Premier League rankings, with a trip to Aston Villa on Saturday.
Rangnick's team is six points behind West Ham in fourth place, although they have two games in hand.
Duncan Castles, speaking on the Transfer Window podcast, alleges that there are significant divides among the United squad.
And he claims that the senior players are asking more from Jadon Sancho, Mason Greenwood, and Marcus Rashford.

According to Castles: "There is a scenario in which players are still dissatisfied with the coaching and there is a large disagreement within the camp over who is to blame for the poor results.
"That, I believe, was Cristiano Ronaldo's main message in his 20-minute interview with Sky this week.
"We've discussed veteran players' dissatisfaction with the level of work put in and the mentality of the younger players in the group.
"Mason Greenwood, Jadon Sancho, and even Marcus Rashford had been identified to me by older players as individuals who were not following coaching instructions or putting forth as much effort on the pitch as they should be.
"And you've got Ronaldo, who keeps coming back to the idea of mentality, personal responsibility, effort, refusing to name names, and trying to avoid talking about methods."
In recent weeks, there have been reports that the United players are dissatisfied with temporary manager Rangnick.
However, Ronaldo stated last week that the German needs more time to communicate his ideas and modify the players' mindset.
"He's changed a lot since he arrived five weeks ago," Ronaldo stated.

"However, he requires time to communicate his views to the players.
"It will take time, but I am confident that he will succeed." We recognize that we aren't playing our best football, but we still have a lot of games to play.
"I believe we have improved in several areas since he arrived, but he needs time."
"Changing the mentality of players and the way they play, the culture, and the system like that is not easy." I'm confident that he'll do a terrific job."
