At Circle, where their bus was stationed, the yet-to-be-identified oyibo woman was filmed shouting and appealing for potential passengers.
In the video, she can be heard saying, "Accra, Accra, UTC, Accra!"
While many people have expressed their displeasure with the video, some have speculated that she could be a spy who has disguised herself as a trotro mate.
One suspicious netizen speculated, "She could be a spy."
