Everton's voyaging fans requested that Benitez "escape our club" during the Norwich route.
What's more, the Spaniard has been sacked after a crisis executive gathering. Everton says a report on a long-lasting substitution will be made at the appropriate time.
An Everton articulation read: "Everton Football Club can affirm the flight of Rafael Benitez as first-group chief.
"Benitez, who joined Everton in June 2021, has left the club with quick impact.
"A report on a long-lasting substitution will be made at the appropriate time."
Benitez marked a three-year contract when he took over from Carlo Ancelotti in the late spring, which was a disagreeable meeting with numerous Everton allies because of his past connections to their Merseyside rivals Liverpool.
