A clash between some Mamobi youths and Nima youths on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, has allegedly led to the death of three people with several others injured.
Several social media posts alleged that the youths clashed over "shisha."
A Facebook user known as Sumaila Musah took to Facebook to break the news.
"In this modern Ghana, people are still fighting with cutlasses and gun at Mamobi.
I witness a guy on motorbike been butchered by someone with cutlass.
Information I've gathered shows that they are fighting because of shisha.
3 innocent people have been allergedly dead.
When will our Zongo people learn ? ðŸ˜" he wrote.
Videos making rounds on social media reveal some youths being pursued and butchered with classes.
Several gunshots were also fired at the scene by the feuding groups.
Three people allegedly lost their lives.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Police Service in a Facebook post said they were able to restore calm at the scene and will bring the suspects to book.
The police assured the general public of detailed information about the incident.
