The Church of Pentecost Ho Area under the auspices of Apostle Dr. Dela Quampah, Area Head and National Executive Council Member of the Church embarked on a blood donation exercise.
This took
place at the Ho Dome Central on Saturday 15th January, 2021.
Speaking at the event, Ovr. Seth Amoako, Sokode Gbogame District Minister, who coordinated the program said, as part of the church’s social responsibility activity in possessing the nations this exercise is to resource the blood bank at the Ho Teaching Hospital. He added that donating blood reduces the risk of stroke and other diseases. This is a way the Church is giving back to the society for those who really need the blood most.

Fekpe, the Head of the Team from the Ho Teaching Hospital Blood Bank gave a pep
talk to the donors and encouraged them to make this exercise a quarterly
routine. “Your kind gesture today may save your own live or the life of a dear
one tomorrowâ€
Members
moved in turns joyfully to be screened before donating the blood.
Ministers and wives were present for this exercise.
In all 70 Members were present for the blood donation exercise.
