Gambia
Cape Verde

Cote D’Ivoire
Mali
Equatorial Guinea
Senegal
Gabon
Morocco
However, Ethiopia, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Guinea Bissau, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Algeria and Mauritania failed to qualify and are out of the competition.
