The internet is in sorrows after the news of a beautiful young police lady who was shot and killed by criminals they were suppose to arrest.
This young police officer has been identified as constable Regina Dede who is stationed at Angenu in paga, she was only 27 years of age.
According most reports this constable visited her friend and ended up being shot by unknown gunmen to death due to the incident gang clash in the area
She was a cousin of Former Deputy Transport Minister, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover, who made news of her sad passing public.
He said: “2022 January has not been good for me. On my return from Takoradi around 10 pm I got a call from my head of the family that one of my sisters who I helped join the police service had been shot dead,â€
“That is the daughter of my aunt. She was a pillion rider and was shot. Her mother was buried not long ago, she was going to take her clothes from a seamstress,†the former Tema East MP added.
According to the reports by the police, the incident occurred around 4pm at the Bawku vicinity. Two people were killed including this police officer and others were injured. The injured are currently at the tamale hospital receitreatment.
