Morning show host and journalist of Nhyira FM, a subsidiary radio station of the Multimedia Group, Nana Jantuah has admonished the President to apologize to Ghanaians.
Speaking on his show Friday morning, the journalist indicated that President Akufo-Addo has supervised corruption and wastage of public resources and so do not deserve to take more taxes from the people.
"President Akufo-Addo should apologize to Ghanaians that there is no money, he is sorry for the excessive corruption in his government and promise Ghanaians he will make good use of the e-levy", he said.
It will be recalled that prior to the 2016 elections, President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia said there is enough money to finance the development of the country and that borrowing and taxation was an approach employed by incompetent and lazy people.
