In the 2021/2022 season, Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has made the most saves of any goalie in the Premier League. 

According to a list compiled by Man United supporter Mark Goldbridge, the Spaniard has made 85 saves for the Red Devils this season, eight more than Leicester City's Kasper Schmeichel. 

Illan Meslier of Leeds United is third on the list with 75 saves, while West Ham's Lukas Fabianski is fourth with 73 saves.

With 70 saves this season, Jose Sa of Wolverhampton Wanderers rounds out the top five.

While the list may be debatable owing to its source, it does demonstrate how vital De Gea has been in goal for United this season.

De Gea has made 85 saves in his career. 

77 saves by Schmeichel 

Meslier has made 75 saves. 

73 saves by Fabianski 

Jose Sa has a total of 70 saves.
