Dial;
1. *404# on your phone.
2. Press 1 from the pop up menu that appear.
3. Enter your Ghana card number without the Hyphen. eg GHA7153356341.
4. Confirm it again. GHA7153356341.
5. Enter your Surname.
6. Enter your first name.
7. Enter your date of birth without the slash sign. eg. DDMMYY. 01012022
8. Select your sex (1. Male, 2. Female)
9. Press 1 to accept and approve the registration.
After this,visit any MTN service center for your biometric registration. Note that, its free of charge.
