Music is one most important aspect in every church, though some churches dont use musical instruments such as Keyboard, guitar, drums and so on but most church use it as part of the worship. Music is also one thing if a church is lacking instrumentalist, it Collapsed by losing members in the church all because of the music in the church is poor.
Every church is trying to make sure there is music in the church because music makes or play important roles in the church. In some churches, they have instruments but not having the Musician to play for them and seriously be looking for some. But the question is what makes a church not having instrumentali
In some cases, the church may not been paying the instrumentalist hence they then find a way out to go to different church that will take care of them by paying them huge amount.
With this the award winner and Female Gospel Musician for 2021, Diana Hamilton has asked the church Pastors to pay their church instrumentalist every month because the work is not easy to go by for free, even though its God's work. Even though some churches are paying their instrumentalist already and very well but others not at all.
In some Ghanaian churches, normally they take some young guys to learn and thinking after learning and being able to play an instrument then that is all, so there is nothing for them not even refreshing them after church. What Diana Hamilton is saying is very true because the Bible says "no food for a lazy person or a man" meaning we must work to get something for ourselves and the family as well.
This was said during one interview with one radio station in Accra on Saturday. We are therefore thanking her for the speak out she has done on some Musician's behalf.
