President Akufo-Addo has designated Kwesimintsim MP, Dr Prince Hamid Armah and previous National Nasara Coordinator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kamal Deen Abdulai, as individuals of the Board of Executives of Tema Oil Refinery Company Limited (TOR).
Others on the arrangement list in a letter to the Vitality Serve are Nana Akua Bakoma Prempeh, Albert Ahenkan, who is an Relate Teacher within the Office of Public Administration at the University of Ghana Business School; and Irene Osei Bonsu.
Within the letter dated January 31, marked by Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asare, the President held Edith Sapara-Give and Leon Kendon Appenteng as individuals of the Board of Chiefs.

The two were among people named as individuals of the Board of Executives of TOR in 2017.
In the mean time, the Office of the President has encouraged the Vitality Service to require the vital steps to have the said arrangements implemented in understanding with the Company’s Act (Act 992) and the directions of the Company.”
