The Reds' manager must now figure out how to make use of Anfield hosts Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota, and Roberto Firmino.

Jurgen Klopp is used to working with a small group of players at Anfield.

According to Pep Lijnders, it is his preference, but due to the demands of the football calendar, things may change.

Liverpool's squad is constantly improving, and Luis Diaz was added to Klopp's ranks during the January transfer window for around £37 million. Between now and the end of the season, the German coach will have at least five top-tier attacking players to choose from.

It remains to be seen how the Reds manager will manage the talent at his disposal As a result of the end of Philippe Coutinho's time at the club, he has previously shown a reluctance to field too many offensive players.

Klopp had Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, and Coutinho available for six months, but he only used all four players in seven matches across all competitions. Liverpool won three and drew four of those games.

Diogo Jota's arrival has provided additional insight into Klopp's methods since he was signed from Wolves, as the 54-year-old has continued to use a front three with one of his top forwards typically occupying a bench seat.

At times, the capture of Diaz may allow for the formation of a new formation. 4-4-2 and 4-2-3-1 are examples of formations that would allow Klopp to play an extra attacker by sacrificing a central midfielder.

Diaz, on the other hand, has a preferred position in Klopp's preferred 4-3-3, which is currently occupied by Mane, with Jota possibly able to compete and rotate with Firmino through the middle.
