Both Liverpool and Manchester City are keeping an eye on Bukayo Saka's progress.

Liverpool and Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Bukayo Saka.

This season, the 20-year-old has been one of Arsenal's standout players, scoring six goals and providing four assists in 21 Premier League appearances.

Arsenal is currently competing for the fourth Champions League spot with Manchester United, West Ham United, and Tottenham Hotspur.

Liverpool and Manchester City could make a move for Saka if Arsenal fails to finish in the top four, according to reports.

Despite the heartbreak of missing a penalty in the Euro 2020 final shootout loss to Italy, Saka has continued to improve this season.

His performances have piqued the interest of the table's top two teams, who are keeping a close eye on his progress.

Manchester United currently holds the final Champions League spot, two points ahead of Arsenal, who is also two points behind West Ham.

The Gunners, on the other hand, have a game in hand on the two teams above them.

Saka's contract with the Emirates expires in 2023, and Mikel Arteta's team is determined to sign him to a new contract.

By the end of the season, Arsenal is expected to give the talented youngster a new contract.

The 20-year-old, along with Emile Smith Rowe and Gabriel Martinelli, are regarded as crucial assets in helping Arsenal reclaim first place in the Premier League in the coming years.
