GJurgen Klopp, Liverpool's head coach, has weighed in on Egypt's Mohamed Salah and Senegal's Sadio Mane ahead of their respective 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, finals on Sunday night. Salah and Mane have both helped their country qualify for the AFCON final in Cameroon in 2021.
For Egypt, Salah has two goals and one assist, while Mane has three goals and two assists for Senegal.
Klopp stated both Salah and Mane had a good 2021 AFCON, praising the two as true warriors, before of Liverpool's FA Cup fourth-round clash with Cardiff City on Sunday afternoon.
I'm not the type of person who expects things to go wrong. Both players [Salah and Mane] had a good tournament, and we had a good time.
