Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry and first time Member of Parliament for the New Juaben South constituency, Michael Okyere Baafi has descended heavily on the Dome-Kwabenya MP and Minister of Gender, Welfare and Social Protection.
Speaking on Kumasi based Hello FM, the livid MP revealed that all the problems being faced by government in Parliament is the doing of Hon. Adwoa Safo.
He added the majority have to beg Miss Adwoa Safo anytime there is a crucial decision to be taken in Parliament due to their limited numbers. Mr. Baafi alleges that the Gender Welfare and Social Protection minister says she will not be in Parliament if she is not given her deputy majority leader role.
"All 136 NPP MPs including the independent MP who is doing business with us are always in Parliament except Adwoa Safo. One person cannot hold the party to ransom like that, he angrily said.
He advised Miss Adwoa Safo to vacate her seat if she is not interested in serving the people of Dome-Kwabenya, nation and party anymore.
