Bono Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Kwame Baffoe popularly called Abronye DC has promised to reveal certain issues about the Inspector General of Police, Akuffo Dampare.
Addressing the media after being granted a ¢100,000 bail, the loudmouth Regional Chairman indicated that he is not afraid to speak his truth and nobody in the country can prevent him from speaking his min and opinions.
Mr. Baffoe said that he was going to reveal some personal issues he has with the Inspector General of Police. He again added that the issue with IGP Dampare had nothing to do with his court case.
Abronye DC was invited, arrested, arraigned for court and charged for publication of fake news and offensive court. On a radio program which went viral, he was heard alleging that Former President John Mahama had met a group to overthrow the government through a coup deta't.
He was speaking at the back of the fixthecountry convenor who hinted of organising a coup should the e-levy bill be passed.
Kwame Baffoe was granted bail to the tune of ¢100,000 and is expected to reappear in court in March.
