Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has admitted that Paul Pogba is the only United player who would be good enough to play for Liverpool or Manchester City right now, and that even the Frenchman would only make the cut 'in his best form.'
United had hoped to mount a sustained title challenge this season, but they have fallen behind their two main rivals.
City and Liverpool are now locked in a two-horse race for the Premier League title, while United is battling to finish in the top four under interim manager Ralf Rangnick.
Pogba's return in recent weeks has boosted United after the ex-Juventus man was sidelined for three months with a thigh injury.
And, following Pogba's performance in Sunday's 4-2 win over Leeds, Scholes admitted that the maverick midfielder is the only United player he believes is good enough to play for their two rivals.
