The world is witnessing a very sad and emotional battle between Russia and Ukraine. Innocent people are perishing and whiles the world calls for peace the president of Russia. H.E Vladimir Putin is not going to change his mind anytime soon.
On the 24th of February 2022, the world woke up to a news of Russia invading Ukraine which caused about 139 people losing their life and others injured. The president of Russia Vladimir putin threatened to start war with any country who interferes with what is going on between Russia and Ukraine. Other sources claim this war between Russia and Ukraine started in 2014 verbally and since it was never solved hence the outcome.

Zelenskyy, who grew up in Kryvyi Rih, in south-east Ukraine, has been the President of Ukraine since 2019 and his path to presidency has been a rather unique one.
The 44-year-old used to be an actor and a comedian, and starred in TV show Servant of the People, in which he actually played the role of president of Ukraine.
His words to his troops were;
"You are all we have, wake up and fight for your country". he further added
"The invasion of Russia into Ukraine is not just an invasion, it's the beginning of the war against Europe,
"Against the unity of Europe. Against basic human rights in Europe. Against all rules of coexistence on the continent. Against the fact that European states refuse to divide borders by force."
Zalenskyy has started he is not leaving kyiv although he knows he is the number one target and his family follows. He added that the Russia wants to destroy Ukraine politically and they are starting with the heads of states.
