Paul Merson, an Arsenal legend, has predicted the outcome of Chelsea's Carabao Cup final against Liverpool on Sunday.
Chelsea will face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday evening.
Chelsea enters the game fresh off a 2-0 Champions League victory over Lille.
Liverpool, on the other hand, won the Premier League with a 6-0 victory over Leeds United.
Merson, on the other hand, believes both teams will play a 2-2 draw and go all the way to a tense penalty shootout.
"When I look at the two teams and their performances this season, I think this could be an absolute humdinger of a game with lots of goals," Merson told Sportskeeda.
"It's impossible to predict a game like this, but I'm going with a 2-2 tie!" What about the consequences? Toss a coin, because no one on the planet can predict which of these two sides will prevail in such a situation."
