Jurgen Klopp's team defeated Chelsea 11-10 on penalties once Kepa Arrizabalaga shot the ball over the bar to give Liverpool the shootout win.
The Premier League champions were presented with the trophy in the middle of the north stand before proceeding to the pitch to continue their celebrations.
The players assembled on the podium in the center of the field. They were seen dancing and singing as they commemorated their new wing.
The stage was clogged with bottles of champagne that had been set out for spraying.
Minamino grabbed a bottle with the specific intent of pouring it over his team - mates, but Mane politely asked him not to.
Mane is a devout Muslim who abstains from alcohol due to his faith. Alcohol is 'absolutely forbidden' and 'harmful,' according to his beliefs.
As a result, Muslins avoid foods containing ethanol, perfumes containing alcoholic ingredients, and all forms of intoxicants.
Mane's wishes were immediately respected by the Japanese international, who returned the bottle behind the advertising.
However, after the official photos were taken, Mane decided to move away from the group to allow them to participate in the champagne spraying tradition.
Jurgen Klopp was quick to notice Mane had separated from the team and ended up going to stand with the 29-year-old while the rest of his players drank the alcoholic beverage.
