He said that approximately 15 of them were stranded in Kherson – individual Cameroonians, Nigerians, Senegalese and Ghanaians.
“The city is said to have been circled by the Russian armed force. So, there's no way out. We find ourselves in this circumstance where we cannot do anything,” he included.
Their embassies had inquired them to reach the border of a neighboring state, from where they would be picked up, be that as it may, it was “incomprehensible” to take off, he said.
