It has come to the public's attention that some Heads of Public Senior High Schools are allegedly engaging in unethical actions by registering candidates who have previously completed the government's flagship free education system.Headmasters of alleged Senior High Schools in the Bono Region, Oti Region, Tano South, and Western North Regions are causing serious financial loss to the state by changing names and re-registering students who had failed after completing the full years of the current government free SHS and extorting money in the range of 2500-3000 Ghana Cedis, an act that requires immediate investigations and arrest by the Bureau.They have been doing this with impunity since time immemorial in order to suit their whims and caprices, to the detriment of the government of Ghana, which is sweating to change the fortunes of the educational system in order for those nation wreckers to milk innocent citizens to become wealthy overnight.
The free SHS policy only allows qualified applicants from Junior High Schools to enroll in Secondary Schools for a three-year period under the sponsorship of the Ghanaian government with tax payers' money, which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunitThis means that WASSCE applicants who write but fail the final exam are only allowed to enroll in Remedial Schools for the November-December Private Exams.
These Heads of Schools are breaking the rules by manipulating the situation and changing the names of candidates who failed the WASSCE and re-admitting them to their schools for a colossal fee, causing the government to incur yet another cost on students who have already spent three years in SHS caring for them.

6. Nkwanta North Senior High School in the Oti Region's Kpassa Senior High Schoolstricty.
7.Sefwi Asawinso Municipal in the Western North Region, Asawinso SHS.
Sefwi Wiawso SHS is located in the Wiawso Municipal in the Western North Region.
9. Baglo Senior High School in the Oti Region's Jasikan Municipal.
10. Jasikan Municipal in the Oti Region, Okabjakrom Senior High Technical.
Such illegal actions must be prosecuted as a legitimate measure to dissuade other school administrators from engaging in them.
