Arsenal are first in line to sign Napoli star Fabian Ruiz this summer.
According to reports, the midfielder is set to leave southern Italy after four years with the club, which he joined from Real Betis. Fabian's contract expires in a year, and I Partenopei do not want to lose him on a free transfer.
Nonetheless, the Spaniard's exit will not bring in a lot of money, with Arsenal expected to pay around £16 million for his services.
The Gunners intend to strengthen a number of positions this summer, most notably up front and in midfield.

Ruiz, who is left-footed, fits the bill as a high-quality passer. He's experienced at 25 years old, with his best years ahead of him, and at 6'2 he's a physical presence as well as a superb technician.
The Gunners were also interested in Ruben Neves for the role, but Ruiz has the ability to play as a no.6, no.8, and no.10, whereas the Wolves man is more defensive-minded. Ruiz is worth £49.5 million.
