Veteran and legendary songwriter and musician known as Gyadu Blay Ambulley has fired at Shatta Wale for calling himself the dancehall king.

According to the songwriter, Shatta Wale is never a dancehall king once he keeps copying the Jamaican musician's craft of work.

Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Aggrey Santana on Ok FM, the veteran musician called upon all the musicians in ghana copying the craft of other genres to bow their heads in shame for not being able to come out with their style than to copy from others.

Some social media users applauded Gyadu for his words because if Shatta Wale calls himself a dancehall king how will the popcaan, Alkaline, Vybz cartel, Buju Banton, and the jahmiel’s call themselves.
