Petr Cech, Chelsea's technical and performance advisor, has addressed players and staff on the situation at Stamford Bridge, according to Tuchel, with the underlying message being to focus on football.
The Blues' head coach, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract to succeed Frank Lampard in January 2021, believes the extraordinary circumstances haven't made him reconsider his future plans.
On Friday, he told reporters: "Staying here is the polar opposite of a problem for me. I've said before that I enjoy working in the Premier League and that I enjoy being in England.
"It's a fantastic location to be because of the tradition and love for sports in general, and football in particular.
"Chelsea is, in my opinion, a wonderful match. I enjoy being here, I enjoy everything about the club, and I hope it will continue to exist.
"There is now uncertainty, but isn't there always when you're in charge of a football team? As a result, I've learned to live with it. Of course, there are many levels, and this is one of them, to be honest, but I'm confident that everything will work out in the end.Chelsea play Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday, and Tuchel thinks the team must push off-field concerns to the back of their minds.
"It's pointless to be concerned about things since we don't have much, if any, effect," he continued.
"We are permitted to concentrate just on football and must make every effort to do so.
"This is what we aim to do, to create an atmosphere where you feel safe once you enter the building, where you feel calm, and because we do it on a regular basis, it can now help with the problem. This is what we aim to do, to create an atmosphere where you feel safe once you enter the building, where you feel calm, and because we do it on a regular basis, it can now help with the problem.Of course, there is uncertainty, as there is with all humans; there are over 100 people in the building, and each will have a different reaction to this.
"Some will be terrified, some will be happy, some will be sad, and I believe everything is permissible for each individual, but we can and should focus on what we love the most, which is football."
