Conor Gallagher has hailed Crystal Palace administrator Patrick Vieira for giving him the stage and certainty to sparkle this season.
The Chelsea loanee has dazzled at Palace and was named Young Player of the Year at the London Football Awards on Thursday night.
Gallagher has eight objectives and five helps up to this point and is prospering under Vieira.
"I feel like the gaffer knows how to get the best out of me," Gallagher told the Palace club website."He knew how he needs me to play and the most ideal way I can show what I can do. He let me know this toward the beginning of the period and has given me certainty all through the season by playing me however much he has and having trust in me.
"Getting this honor, he's a major piece of it. He's been astonishing to work under.
"I must give a ton of credit to Crystal Palace. They've given me the certainty and stage to show individuals what I can do."
