Manchester City and Liverpool are both in action against clubs vying for a place in the Premier League's top four, with some significant confrontations taking place around the country.
The Manchester derby takes place at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, with bragging rights on the line and both clubs needing all three points to win.

This weekend is the Manchester derby, which City won 2-0 over United in November.
Liverpool welcome West Ham to Anfield on Saturday as they look to keep up the pressure on Man City in the championship race, and Owen believes the Reds will be too strong in attack for the Hammers.
'I felt some of Liverpool's play against Chelsea last week was excellent,' he told BetVictor.
"Klopp now has the best squad he's ever had at his disposal, and he's having some selection problems. Salah, Mane, Jota, Diaz, and Firmino are all unable to play together. That is, however, a good problem to have!
"West Ham haven't been performing well recently, but their win over Wolves last week was vital." They kept their slim chance of finishing in the top four alive and regained some confidence. However, a loss here, and I believe there are too many teams ahead of them in the hunt for fourth.
"I expect Liverpool to score a couple goals here." At moments, they look magnificent moving forward, 3-1."
Liverpool are unbeaten in 11 games in all competitions heading into Saturday's match against West Ham.
The game of the weekend will take place on Sunday, with the Manchester derby promising to give plenty of entertainment in a crucial match for both teams.
Despite the fact that United have won their last three visits to the Etihad, Owen believes City will prevail.
"City weren't at their best against Everton, but they did what champions do, which is win the game," he explained.
"I have to talk about Grealish's FA Cup goal against Peterborough." I'm not sure which was more impressive: Foden's pass or Grealish's initial touch. Exceptionally good.
"It's going to be a big few weeks for United; they've got some tough games coming up." They've had a pattern of producing positive outcomes at the Etihad in prior seasons, but I don't see it happening this season.
"City will be too strong and concentrated for United to handle here, and they'll have complete control of the game." United will score, but City will come away with a 3-1 victory."
On Sunday, Ralf Rangnick will take command of his first Manchester derby.
