As well as suspending USM's sponsorship, Everton stopped Usmanov's cell phone organization Yota's sponsorship of the ladies' group and MegaFon's arrangement at Goodison Park.
USM paid £30 million to purchase the primary choice for the naming freedoms on the new ground being based on the Bramley-Moore Dock.
In front of their match against Tottenham on Monday, Lampard added: "I don't have concerns and I mean I need more data to remark on the arena.
