Yesterday was the 65th independence celebration of Ghana at the cape coast stadium with a lot of dignitaries present.
The Ghana armed forces were on the field displaying their talents when suddenly things took a wrong turn, three military personnel were burned after a failed ring fire display burnt three of the military personnel, one female and two males.
This sad incident sparked a lot of conversations and the ex-president of Ghana H.E John Dramani Mahama jobed the conversation saying he blamed the ruling government for all that, if proper training was conducted they wouldn't have been so embarrassed. Ge went on to add that the three victims should be compensated.
" This was a poor independence day performance I have ever seen in Ghana history of performing independence day, Akuffo Addo employed non-qualified security personnel to protect the good people of Ghana".
“The three victims should be compensated also and their medical bills should also be taken care of”. He Added on GTV.
