Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou believes his side would be "difficult to stop" after convincingly defeating Livingston to reclaim a three-point lead in the Scottish Premiership.

Daizen Maeda headed in the opener from a contested corner after captain Callum McGregor missed a penalty.

It was 3-0 after a Nicky Devlin own goal and a stunning strike from James Forrest.

Celtic's first win at Tony Macaroni Arena since 2007 was denied by Andrew Shinnie's close-range comeback.

"It's great to win because clearly it's a difficult place to come and gain three points," Postecoglou said after his side replied to Rangers' win over Aberdeen in his 50th game in charge on Saturday.

"We need to keep improving, and I believe we are. We're in a terrific position to keep improving till the finale."

While acknowledging that the visitors deserved to win, Livingston manager David Martindale believed that referee Nick Walsh made mistakes leading up to two Celtic goals, as his team missed out on an opportunity to retake fourth place from Hibernian.
