Our dependence on technology has increased lately especially after the issue of the mandatory lockdown that was enforced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our desire to keep in touch with our loved ones and the perhaps the need to continue to work made us more addicted.
Nevertheless, the uses of technology needs to be understood and followed with extreme caution. Phones and laptops have become very common and as such an easy way for people to document stuff that they shouldn't all in the name of creating memories. Such information when discovered by a loved one or a friend could easy lead to the breakdown of the relationship.
You can never be too careful with technology so please do not a assume a password is enough to stop someone from accessing sensitive files on your phone. In my personal and professional opinion, keep all your secrets in your mind and delete and sensitive conversations because some memories are not worth losing a partner over.
