General Administrator of the Solid Rock Chapel Universal, Rev Dr Christie Doh Tetteh has touted the surprising part the church has played within the improvement of the nation.
Concurring to the cleric, the Church’s part in different viewpoints of the nation has brought about in various impactful stories in society.
In see of this, she accepted that society will be at a misfortune without the Church as its direct.
“The Church has permeated so numerous angles of our society. Can you envision Ghana without the Church, it'll be unpleasant,” she said on Monday.
Talking on Delight FM’s Christian Gathering themed, “Ghana at 65, is the Church Still Significant?” Rev. Dr Tetteh conceded that in spite of the endeavors of the Church, Ghana has still not accomplished full actualisation.
But the Reverend accepted that with confidence the victory stories will be chalked in due time.
“The church is doing it bit. 65 a long time of picking up autonomy Ghana is still not where we anticipate her to be but what can we do?
“We still have trust and believe and accept in God that as long as we are the salt of the soil and the light of this world, the doors of hell will not win against the church,” she intimated.
Citing citation from 2Timothy 3, Rev. Dr Tetteh said in spite of the castigation by a few individuals the Church will flourish and survive.
“We cannot as a Church fathom the full issue of Ghana. Jesus Christ came on planet soil he as it were worked for three and half a long time and he didn’t wrap up everything he has cleared out it for you and I to continue.
“And as long as we stand, we stand for the truth and keep lecturing the truth and living the truth it doesn’t matter the resistance, God will laud his title through the Church,” she expressed.
