Manchester United's pursuit of Leicester midfielder Youri Tielemans has been thwarted.

The playmaker's deal with the East Midlands expires in the summer of 2024, and he's been linked with a move elsewhere.
However, when asked about staying in Leicester, Tielemans told Leicestershire Live: "Why not, right?
"This is a club where you can train in the greatest possible environment, especially with the new training ground. People who care about you only want the best for you
"It's fantastic to be here. It's great to be here. We'll have to wait and see what the future holds.
"However, I believe the setting is ideal for winning championships here." You can't anticipate the future, but I believe everything in and around the club is built for it."
Pereira's long-term contract is in peril, according to Reuters.
Andreas Pereira's move to Flamengo has been called into question after the club's fans booed him off at the weekend.
