While enjoying his time with Los Blancos, the kid revealed in an interview why he chose Real Madrid over Barcelona. In his mind, ending up on his present team was part of his destiny, according to the Brazilian great. Vinicius was barely 18 years old when he joined Real Madrid in 2018. Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, and Cristiano Ronaldo, whom he calls his hero, were all ahead of the young Selecao attacker.
