Eight years after defeating Moses Armah Parker at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, Hearts of Oak player Sulley Ali Muntari has finally apologized to him in a letter to the Ghana Football Association.

Sulley Muntari and other players were angered by the delay in appearance payments a day before the last group game against Portugal.

During the commotion, Sulley Muntari and Moses Armah Parker, a member of the Black Stars Management Committee at the time, got into a brawl.

Sulley Muntari allegedly struck a management member during the heated argument and then stormed inside his room, damaging all of his personal belongings.

For criticizing then-coach Akwesi Appiah, Sulley Muntari and his former A.C Milan player Kevin Prince Boateng were both suspended from the Black Stars.

Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng should be reinstated to the squad if and only if they apologize, according to the Justice Dzamefe Commission, which was appointed to investigate Ghana's heinous behavior at the 2014 World Cup.

After eight years, Sulley Muntari has finally apologized to the Ghana Football Association in an official letter.
