WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: BAD NEWS FOR GHANA AS BABA RAHMAN RULED OUT OF GHANA-NIGERIA CLASH FOR THIS REASON

Ghana's 27-year-old left back, Baba Rahman has been ruled out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Super Eagles of Nigeria expected to be played this month. 

The Reading FC player has picked up a knee injury at his club in the English Championship. 

According to the manager of the club, the 27-year old Reading FC on loan from Chelsea will miss the playoffs because of an injury which will last for two to three weeks or more upon advise from the medical team.

Ghana is expected to play the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers in Cape Coast and Abuja respectively. Coach Otto Addo is said to have submitted names of players to the management committee of the team.
