Alhaji Grusah has confirmed that the Black Stars squad for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World cup playoffs against the Super Eagles of Nigeria will be announced next week.
Speaking on Angel FM's Sports show, the management committee member dispelled rumours circulating on social media that the list have been announced.
"The 6-member committee is yet to receive the list so I can confirm for now that any list out there is fake. We don't do the call-ups, it is the job of the technical team, and then it is submitted for a review by the committee".
Grusah although denying that the squad has been submitted to the committee said that Otto Addo has been able to make meaningful strides with some quality abroad based Ghanaian players we were struggling to convince.
"We have to thank God that Otto Addo and his team have successfully contacted some players who had previously turned down our invitations".
Ghana black stars is expected to face the super eagles of Nigeria on the 25th of March at the Cape Coast Stadium with the return match to be held in Abuja.
