(Antonio Conte )
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino insisted that he is satisfied at the club and that his team's performance at Old Trafford demonstrated their potential.
He made it obvious, though, that he is still eager for trophies and is unwilling to give up his objectives.
Spurs are now seventh in the rankings, five points below Champions League qualifying, thanks to a hat-trick from Cristiano Ronaldo.
"I like to go to the training ground every day and work with these players," Conte remarked. Because I'm enjoying my time in Tottenham, I'm having a terrific time."Compared to my previous experiences, this is unquestionably a different circumstance." In the past, I competed for titles and awards. This is a major new challenge for me. People, on the other hand, can see how much effort I put in at the training ground with my team.
"I'm always saying that I'm impatient. I enjoy working, but I also want to make clear that I do not want to lose my ambition. This has to be crystal clear. I'll say it again: I hope we're on the same page."
Conte praised Ronaldo's performance after the 37-year-old reverted to form with a vintage display."I'm very familiar with him," the Italian said. "It comes as no surprise to me." We're talking about a player who, together with [Lionel] Messi, is considered one of the finest in the world.
"We're talking about a pivotal player." He was always available when the team needed him.
"I recall the Champions League group, and he was instrumental in United's progression to the following round." He's a player who understands the game. We have a tremendous player on our hands.
"It's a huge compliment to him because you have to offer all the great compliments to get to this age with this form, mentality, and desire to win."
