According to Russia, such labs number up to 32 in the Ukrainian. The Russian army has destroyed 18 and are slowly and in a calculated manner reaching for the 2 largest labs located in Odessa and Kiev.
US Assistant Secretary of State, Victoria Nulan effectively admitted to Congress that such labs exit in the Ukraine and that the US is concerned that research documents may fall into the hands of approaching Russian troops.
