My ultimate fat loss hack!
STOP FOCUSING TOO MUCH ON THE SCALE

When I first started my fitness journey, I stepped on the scale every single day. I would be upset if I don’t see the numbers going down. I can’t remember how many times I gave up.

In 2018, i changed my mindset. From “I want to lose weight” to;
I want to be happy
I want to be strong as frik
I want to lift more weights this week than last week
I want to build muscles
I WANT TO LOVE MYSELF
.
The result? I am healthier and happier! I am more consistent in my fitness journey, AND I LOSE BODY FAT WITHOUT EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT.

So if you are struggling to be consistent in your journey, try focusing more on the progress other than fat loss. Try to push yourself to lift more every week. Focus on being strong and happy!
