Three Premier League players According to a report, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Chelsea are among a number of elite European clubs keeping an eye on Gavi's contract situation at Barcelona.

The current contract of the 17-year-old starlet, who has established himself as a first-team regular this season, will expire in June 2023.

While Barcelona president Joan Laporta has stated that contract renewals for both Gavi and Ronald Araujo are not imminent, head coach Xavi stated last week that it is only a "matter of time" before the pair commits their futures to the club. Gavi wants to stay with Barcelona, but talks between the player's representatives and the club have "stalled," which has alarmed a number of clubs.

United, Liverpool, and Chelsea, as well as Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, are all interested in the midfielder, according to the report, while Manchester City are not.

Gavi's current contract is thought to include a €50 million release clause, which will be increased to €100 million on July 1.
