The battle for a top four spot in the Premier League this season is ongoing and it is still up for grabs with most of the top seven teams winning their last games and only a few dropping points.
The next five fixtures comes with rivals playing against each other, some tough home and away oppositions and some giants coming up against relegation threatened teams.
As it stands, Manchester City lead the table with 70 points making it very likely for them to finish in the top four with the title challenge their only concern now. They are leading Liverpool in second place with only a point having played twenty-nine matches each. The two teams will battle it out on 10th April 2020 as Liverpool looks to overtake Manchester city to the title.
Next on the table is Chelsea in third place. Despite ongoing issues surrounding the club and it’s owner, they are looking to cement their place in the top four having played 28 matches and accumulating 59 points.
Arsenal maintains the forth spot despite their recent loss to Liverpool. With three less matches played, they look the favorite to take up the forth spot after a very good run of form and having accumulated in total, 51 points from 27 matches.
Manchester united are lurking just behind arsenal at fifth place having played 29 matches and accumulating 50 points in the process. Their chances of making the top four looks very slim with their own bad form, Arsenals’s impressive form lately and their relatively difficult next five fixtures compared to Arsenal.
With title race and the race for top four likely to go down to the wire, checkout the next five fixtures of each of the the teams in the top seven places as compared to their rivals.
