IN UKRAINE: defeat of hundreds of Ukrainian citizens in Mariupol wasunclear after a theatre where they had been sheltering from fighting in the southern port City came under Russian bombing.

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Moscow considered Biden's comment "unacceptable and unforgivable"
