HISAG yesterday engaged with the former president John Dramani Mahama on issues of historically related setbacks and controversies with the country. Following the meeting yesterday Mahama said"I am what I am today partly because I read history. People said I am humble and modest. I know no one is going to live forever and so I'm guided by the history I have learned". It ended well when the president promised to look into the problems and the plight of the History Students Association of Ghana (HISAG).
