Fifa suspended Russian public groups from all rivalries in February following the intrusion of Ukraine.
Russia pursued against the choice and needed to be permitted to play until the court had heard the full allure, for which no date has yet been set.
They were because of play Poland on 24 March in a World Cup qualifier.
Poland had recently said they would blacklist the end of season game before Fifa restricted Russian groups from contending.
The Poles have been given a bye to the last on 29 March, where they will play either Sweden or the Czech Republic.
"The tested choice remaining parts in power and every Russian group and clubs keep on being suspended from support in Fifa rivalries," a Cas explanation read.
"The Cas mediation procedures proceed. No meeting has been fixed at this point."
Cas likewise maintained Uefa's prohibition in Russian groups partaking in its rivalries for the length of its procedures recently.
