Rio Ferdinand, a former Manchester United defender, has praised Chelsea forward Kai Havertz for his recent performances.
Thomas Tuchel's side has won five games in a row in all competitions thanks to the German. In his last four outings for the Blues, Havertz has scored four goals and added an assist.
In the summer of 2020, Havertz moved to Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen for £72 million. He struggled in his first season, scoring nine goals in 45 appearances. Havertz, on the other hand, has improved by leaps and bounds this season. Manager Thomas Tuchel recently moved him to the position of no. 9 and he has thrived in it. The 22-year-old has taken over as the club's first-choice striker from Romelu Lukaku.
